Acceptance

By playing Bareking you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, do not use the game. The game is free and provided as is.

Your account

You do not have to give any real identity details to create an account — you only pick a name and a password. Keeping your password safe is your responsibility, and everything done from your account is attributed to you. Trying to get into someone else's account is forbidden. Names are matched without regard to letter case, and names that impersonate another player can be changed or closed.

What you may not do

You may not:

• Swear at, insult, harass or threaten others, or use racist, sexist or hateful language.
• Advertise, spam or flood links, or trade outside the game (selling accounts, gold or items).
• Use tools, scripts or a modified client that play the game for you. The bots on the map are the game's own; players may not run bots.
• Exploit, or try to exploit, holes in the server. If you find one, report it to brayso198@gmail.com.
• Overload the server or try to disrupt the service.

Chat and voice

Everything you write in chat and private messages, and everything you say on voice, is yours and your responsibility. We do not store any of it on the server, so we cannot bring old conversations back. When you report misconduct, give the player's name and roughly when it happened.

In-game items

Gold, resources, troops, castles, fiefs and ranks only mean something inside the game: they have no real-world value, cannot be bought with real money and cannot be converted into money. Balance numbers and rules may change without notice.

Continuity of the service

The game may be interrupted, taken down for maintenance, lose data or shut down for good, and we are not liable for losses arising from that. When the server restarts, castles on the map are cleared from memory and players rebuild them — that is how the game normally works.

Closing an account

We may close accounts that break the rules without warning. You can also delete your own account from inside the game at any time; deletion cannot be undone.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. If one clause is found invalid, the rest remain in force.
