What to write about

The most common subjects:

• Account and login trouble, or an account you can no longer reach.
• Bug reports — tell us what you did, what you expected and what happened.
• Requests about your personal data (access, correction, deletion).
• Suggestions, balance feedback and translation fixes.

Reporting abuse

If a player is swearing, harassing others or advertising, write to us with the player's name and roughly when it happened. Chat is not stored on the server, so the sooner you report it the better.
